Actions, RECORD behavior changed

"Successive keypresses cycle through the scheduled recording type list." is no longer true at least as of Version 31. Someone with the knowledge of which version last included that behavior should amplify this statement, and describe the current behavior. Probably a good idea also to include a vintage line at the top of this page noting which version of MythTV it aims to accurately describe.
